HELLO

I'm Cheryl, and I'm a communications professional who works with organizations to cultivate their ideas and develop plans for their messages to reach their target audiences. I believe that both authenticity and empathy are fundamental to relating with people, and I utilize these qualities in myself in how I approach my work.

I currently handle administrative and HR-related work for Liquid Gold Consulting, and I freelance in administrative work and notary services. I previously worked at McMaster-Carr for a number of years in a variety of roles: recruiting, merchandising, and content development. Prior to McMaster-Carr, I worked for Menards as part of their management development program.

I graduated with a BS in Finance from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an MS in Communication from Northwestern University.
